- Encourage students to set action plans for how they will meet those expectations, and strategies to overcome barriers that may arise
- Develop a collective agreement around online behaviour and appropriate communications
- Provide clear advice about what technologies are required, how to use them in the context of studying on the course, and where and how to access ongoing support
- Create opportunities for students to try out the required technology before the start of teaching so that issues can be addressed and confidence in using them built
