For many of us, switching to a new form of teaching delivery is a large learning curve. Our aim is to continue to support colleagues in developing their knowledge and skills around blended teaching practice, use of digital technology.

A number of teams are here to support you with this process:

The Digital Learning Team

The Digital Learning team provides support, advice and development workshops about teaching in virtual learning environments, including the models for delivery and the software or equipment required which is supported by the University.

Communities of Practice

Since switching to teaching more online, many colleagues report how much they have learnt from each other, especially informally. Communities of practice are comprised of groups of individuals who get together to collaborate and share knowledge, practice, evidence and ideas. Several communities of practice already exist, such as the Community of Inclusive Practice (CoIP), and we encourage colleagues to develop these peer networks to share skills and knowledge around blended learning.
