An apprenticeship is a challenging and a rewarding option. By signing the Apprenticeship Commitment Statement, an apprentice and their employer are agreeing to a number of crucial success factors.

The employer’s commitment to putting in place and developing the right work-place training plan is essential, so the Apprentice can keep on track to meet the full range of knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed at the End Point Assessment and progress in their career.
