An apprenticeship is a challenging and a rewarding option for training new and existing staff. This is a useful overview from Government.
By signing the Apprenticeship “Training Plan“, an apprentice and their employer are agreeing to a number of crucial success factors.
The initial Training Plan includes a Training Plan Delivery Grid that shows how each module will support the development of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours required to pass the Apprenticeship End Point Assessment (EPA).
The employer’s commitment to putting in place and developing the right work-place training plan is essential. To get started the initial Training Plan highlights specific actions that an employer should take before, during and after each module on the Apprenticeship Course. This offers a clear and meaningful approach to integrating work and study.
