Impact of workplace projects

As you start to think about the different elements of your apprenticeship it is helpful to consider workplace projects with your employer.

Your initial Training Plan will state where the employer should be preparing with you to ensure timely and impactful projects linked to our work based learning curriculum. These are a key feature of the Employer Training Plan Toolkit  The toolkit is designed to help you and your mentor add detail and enhance your Training Plan.  Projects are a key way to develop and have impact throughout the apprenticeship.

You will be required to submit reports on your projects as part of the University module assessment and usually as part of the End Point Assessment for the whole apprenticeship.

You may find it useful to consider the following 10 project scoping questions to help you focus on suitable projects and begin to prepare.
