Project scoping questions

1. What is your area of interest in terms of your organisational context?
   
2. What do you wish to achieve through the project (proposed project focus, aims and objectives)?
   
3. How is this project relevant to your work?
   
4. How could your project impact upon the organisation?
   
5. Who are your stakeholders? How will you keep them informed and if relevant how will you ensure confidentiality?
   
6. Do you need to gain permission to complete the project? If so how will you make your business case and to whom?
   
7. What skills, knowledge and behaviours, linked to the apprenticeship standards do you already have, or will need to build upon?
   
8. Are there any critical actions that need to be completed for the project to work, what are they and do you need to consider developing a critical path analysis?
   
9. How feasible is your idea in terms of time and resources?
   
10. How will you disseminate your project and the knowledge gained at the end of the process?
