Step 5

Step 5 of 5: During your apprenticeship you will need to work with the university tutors and your employer to find projects and experiences to help your development – to link the learning on your degree programme to activities in the workplace. This is the essence of an apprenticeship. We call it Work-based Learning. You will need support from your employer and an appointed mentor. Your final action is to make an appointment with your Mentor (or Line Manager) to discuss your training plan. See the resource here.
