Step 2 of 5: Alex’s video offers a great example of an apprenticeship that is really working well for the individual, his company and colleagues. Spend some time thinking about your own job role in the apprenticeship you have secured. Can you write a description in the second column of how similar success might look for you in your role, for example, what might the activities be and how would you behave to achieve those great outcomes in your own job role? This might not be easy so give this some thought and get creative.
