Did you notice how all of those examples began with a reflection on previous experience? Reflection is a powerful learning and development technique and we hope that during our apprenticeship you can master this skill – there will be plenty of advice, tutoring and coaching to help. Take another look at your objectives and make some adjustments to give them more meaning where you can.
