Step 1 of 5: Take a blank sheet of paper (or a word document) and create a table with two columns, you don’t need any headings. Once this is done watch this video.

As you watch the video again note down any of the things that appeal to you about Alex’s description of his apprenticeship (not just the food!). Consider the way it is working out for Alex and how this helps him to develop his sense of identity and confidence. Watch the video as many times as you need to help you make a short list in the first column – a list of the kind of development experiences that sound appealing or effective for you.
