RESEARCH

Enforcing privacy regulations is essential to protecting IoMT systems and enhancing patient care and trust.

This study tries to provide a framework for privacy rules that functions well based on user needs, rights, and service requirements while taking into account the traditions and cultural acceptance of a particular country or region in order to improve IoMT security and patient privacy.

Additionally, it will make recommendations on how to incorporate these privacy laws into the IoMT node architecture. By incorporating privacy requirements and limitations as one of the main characteristics of the IoMT ecosystem and by promoting improved practices, these tasks are contributing to the advancement of the IoMT system.
