RESEARCH

The candidate is dedicated to advancing sustainable and environmentally friendly lead-free ceramics, focusing on KNN (Potassium Sodium Niobate) ceramic materials. These materials offer a promising alternative to traditional lead-based ceramics, addressing critical challenges in energy applications, particularly in sensors and actuators. By eliminating the use of toxic lead, KNN ceramics align with global environmental and health regulations.

The candidate’s research specifically is aimed at establishing structure-property relationships in Pb-free ferroelectric ceramics, aiming to optimize their performance.
