UK Research and Innovation have featured JT Rehab Ltd’s S‑Press device in their new Shaped in Sheffield campaign.
JT Rehab participated in the first Advanced Wellbeing Accelerator programme and worked with Sheffield Hallam University researchers based at the AWRC to develop the device, which helps patients build up leg muscles from their bed. Its use early in the rehabilitation journey helps reduce muscle deconditioning, accelerating physical recovery and shortening hospital stays.
The Shaped in Sheffield campaign showcases UKRI-funded research and innovation from across the city, telling these stories on buses, billboards, and train and tram stops.
