Teams celebrate outstanding IPC inspection result for second year running

Last year, our operations, technical, domestic and security teams worked together to achieve 98% in our annual NHS Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) inspection.

We’re delighted to announce that this year we’ve raised the bar even higher, achieving an outstanding 98.11%.

The NHS IPC inspection is a rigorous assessment of how well we maintain safe, clean and hygienic environments for the NHS services that use our facilities. It’s an important part of ensuring patient safety and upholding the highest standards across our spaces.

This result reflects the teams’ continued commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment. A big thank you and congratulations to all involved.
