Scenario 2 answer

Work-based learning projects

The apprentice decides that some of this time was purely administrative and she was not learning anything from repetitive tasks. However, for much of the task, she was learning about behaviours and attitudes in her industry and how these relate to her growing knowledge of the relevant legislation. She also got quicker and more accurate with her analysis skills as she worked through the task. She decided that for 6 hours she was learning new KSBs (four different ones spanning knowledge of the scheme, knowledge of legislation, skills of analysis and interpretation and behaviours within the sector from which she can drive her own development). Her work-based project has generated 6 hours of OTJT to log this week (4 hours were discounted as being repetition).
