Employer Partnership Manager

A break in study means a pause in apprenticeship funding and where necessary, we will manage this with your employer. To continue your apprenticeship you may need to find a similar job role with a different organisation. Your WBL Coach will make sure that the Employer Partnership Manager is well informed so they can start to link you up to opportunities in your sector that would enable you to pick up with the minimum disruption. Obviously we cannot make any guarantees, but we will do our best to support a change of employer where this becomes necessary. If an opportunity comes up, we will provide the information directly to you. Discuss any new opportunities and the job application process with your Employability Adviser, so they can tailor their advice according to your situation and help you play to your strengths.
