Negotiated experience
This is a great example of planned and negotiated experience as a means of developing and evidencing new KSBs in relation to an apprenticeship standard. Although the apprentice is successful and therefore productive in the task it is a valuable and holistic learning experience which can be counted in whole or part depending on the apprentice’s judgement as to their learning through this activity.
